The Cogsdill Flip-Cut Tool
The Cogsdill Flip-cut tool is designed for Back spot facing and back or front chamfering
from one side and in just one setup!!
The cutter extends with Right-hand rotation of the tool to cut the back spotface or chamfer.
Left-hand spindle rotation initiates positive mechanical closure of the cutter, this closing action is also aided with centrifugal force. Once the cutter is fully enclosed within the arbor pocket, the tool can be safely withdrawn.
The Flip-cut Cutters are of brazed carbide design, which dissapate heat for outstanding cutter performance
